1. Brief

Send your scope via email. I reply within 24 hours.

2. Estimate

I send a fixed quote or day estimate within 48 hours.

3. Kickoff

50% deposit, scope locked, NDA signed.

4. Design

Figma updates daily, Loom walkthrough Friday, Slack response under 3h CET. Revisions till you're happy.

5. Deliver

Final 70% on handoff. Dev-mode-ready Figma, documented tokens, accessibility notes.

FAQs

What agencies and dev shops want to know before sending a brief.

How much does a typical project cost?

Day rate from €900. Committed-day retainers from €6,800/month. Fixed quotes from €4,500 for landing pages up to €18,000+ for full dashboard builds. Everything quoted in writing before kickoff. Full breakdown on the Pricing page.

Do you do hourly work?

No. Day rate or fixed quote. Hourly billing creates the wrong incentives for both of us.

Who actually does the design?

Me. Always. The person you DM is the person who designs. No team, no juniors, no handoff to someone you didn't hire.

Do you develop too?

No. I design. I hand off to your dev team or your preferred Webflow/React shop in Dev-Mode-ready Figma with documented tokens.

How does white-label work?

NDA on day one. Your brand on the deliverables. No metadata in Figma. No portfolio mention without your permission. No contact with your end client unless you put me in the room.

How do I know you can help my agency?

Send me a brief. I'll tell you within 24 hours whether it's a fit. If it's not, I'll point you to someone who can help.

What about post-launch fixes?

30 days of post-launch fixes included on every project. Bug fixes, copy tweaks, layout adjustments. After 30 days, day rate or fixed quote applies.

What if the first delivery isn't right?

I revise until it matches the agreed brief. No revision cap. Standard practice — if the work doesn't meet the spec we locked at kickoff, I keep working on it. Scope changes mid-project (new requirements not in the brief) are quoted separately.

Scheinselbstständigkeit?

I serve multiple parallel clients, run my own business with USt-IdNr., have Berufshaftpflicht, and don't work on-site full-time. Standard freelance setup.
