I co-founded Linkbroker, an SEO marketplace. We grew it from a CSV file to 1,100 paying clients and €2.4M revenue, then exited in 2024. Before that, I was a founding member at Backlinked. Most clients across both were SEO agencies, so I spent years watching agencies brief, pay, and fire vendors. I learned exactly what makes a contractor easy to work with, and what makes one impossible.

Alongside that, I've run my own freelance design practice—Vemero—for over a decade. 125+ B2B clients across SaaS sites, dashboards, brand systems, and print. The Linkbroker exit gave me the runway to stop splitting my attention.

Now I design only. White-label, for agencies and dev shops. I work the way I wished my best vendors did: deadlines in writing, async-first, NDA on day one.

You don't need a polished brief. A rough Figma or a voice note is enough to start. And if there's a hole in the plan that nobody has spotted, you'll hear it from me early, even when that's the awkward thing to say. No juniors, no handoff, no fluff. The person you DM is the person who designs. That's the whole product.
